Please describe in the greatest possible detail habits such as: How long are your showers? In what order do you wash yourself? What type of soap you use and Do you use anything besides your hands (washcloth, loofah, sponge, etc.)? What type of consideration do you give your hair – Shampoo/conditioner? How often do you wash your hair? Do you pee in the shower? Do you do anything else while showering? Please be as thorough as you can in detailing any showering rituals you have. I almost always use body gel for the body and shampoo for the hair, of course. Soap seems so filmy. Shaving gel keeps the legs moist. My daughters actually gave me that last pointer.
