Peanut9330 Posted July 30, 2009 Share Posted July 30, 2009 Well do excercises that will work on your stomach muscles and soon enough your stomch will shrink and you'll have a nice small waist, go to the gym talk to a personal trainer they can guide you to do the right excercises to lose your stomach. LOL. That is terrible advice. You need to lose body fat, and doing stomach exercises will not make you lose body fat in your stomach. Get a workout plan, get a diet plan, and stick to it.
