Author Hkizzle
I can see that leading to differences like being more sensitive to criticism, or crying more easily at a sappy movie. But willfully saying hurtful things to people on purpose is a conscious effort on her part. Yes, one can tend to be more quick to anger, which is the biological part, but what you DO with that anger and how you handle it is all about personal choice. I don't deny it's about personal choice. But unfortunately many humans seem to be weak minded and controlled by their genes. Human stupidity, and our ability to harm ourselves and create suffering has been examined by philosophers from the Jews to the Greeks to Buddha. This is where the concept of original sin came from in the bible. That humans are naturally evil. Buddha found human selfishness so bad his solution was to extinguish all desires. Bit extreme of course.
