They know in their gut that what the man is doing is WRONG and they try to act so understanding and sweet and sweet and understanding until it I want to puke! Women need to get a backbone and stop putting up with crap. Your man should want to PLEASE YOU. He should be walking on eggshells not to get you upset. MY GOD!!!!!!! If women would act like ladies (smart, self-assured, well-educated) they would get treated like queens. Sometimes when you are very young you don't realize what you are doing---relationships take a lot of fine-tuning and a woman with confidence will get what she wants. We women need to respect ourselves, expect men to have values, and ALWAYS make sure that he respects our wishes. Don't grovel for your rights, demand with a demure smile and a great back rub! I like a woman with a backbone. But it goes the other way too. Women need to understand men's wishes and understand that there are traditions that have nothing to do with "cheating" and that there is a lovely C word called COMPROMISE. I know a guy who married a woman who always got her way because he always respected her wishes. 20 years later, he couldn't take it anymore and he divorced her. Respect your man!!! A man that treats her like a queen deserves to be treated like a king! Walking on eggshells was a figure of speech. The bottom line is self respect on both sides, that involves compromise and love.
