Had to eat crow last year as she switched to the Cardinals. If Pigs can Fly a second year, I might be forced to switch Game day, crock pot ribs and a baked tator, or brats and saurkraut Good times are on the way. Last year I had a chance at opening night tickets at Lambeau, the night they were supposed to retire Favre's number! I passed them up to save for me and the misses Hawii vacation this summer. Yeah, I'm kicking my own A$$ too. i'm an eagles fan by birth, falcons fan by location (easy to get to games). notre dame fan by birth for college, and alabama fan since i was about 7 or 8. bama will dominate this year, but texas will beat florida for the bcs this year, imho. Wow, your on both sides of the Vick scandal then, interesting place to be. I like Bama, good hard nose football down ther, I liked the Huskers too, until the program started to fold a bit. LOL I don't though I hate football (soccer), quite like American football though, although I haven't seen it much and have no clue of the rules or scores! LOL I take it from the picture that you play then? I played in highschool, but never went to college so didn't get a shot at the big time LOL(as if ). As to the huskers, I am with you, I hope they make a comeback, as they are one of my favorite teams to root against. My GF was born a husker and her whole family is Big Red, I was born a Hawkeye, I guess mixed marriages can work. Lisa - Yes I have watched soccer, and I do understand the game somewhat, but it doesn't come close to football. Soccer is a contact sport, and as one of our immortal coaches said, "Football is a collision sport" You should watch a game, the players wear almost skintight pants.
