C1 Posted November 21, 2003 Share Posted November 21, 2003 They say the recommended daily amount of protein is approximately 50g, which equals to 6 oz of meat or fish daily. I've been following this recommendation and I find myself always hungry, seems like it is not enough. Too much protein in the diet can cause kidney damage, that's why I would like to know how much protein is too much? Link to post Share on other sites
