Devil Dog
Did anyone on here get to where they are without any supplement of any kind? I'm talking energy anythings, diet pills, creatin, HGH, protein anything... It's not gonna get you ripped fast, but what I have I've built through hard work alone. And the great part is, it's not going anywhere. So anyone besides me do it all by themselves?
Enema
There aren't many people here training at a level where a lot of supplements becomes common. I have protein shakes, but that's it. Seen the latest pictures of Stallone? http://kroppsbygging.files.wordpress.com/2009/02/stallone.jpg 62 years old. HGH is a helluva drug.

Adding an appropriate amount of protein to your diet isn't going to make your current level of physical conditioning go away sooner. If you were eating in a state of nature, you'd probably be getting more polyunsaturated fatty acids and vitamins than you get in the standard American refined food diet. I can't see anything wrong, either morally or from a standpoint of long-term health of adding those back in. There aren't any supplements that eliminate the need for work, but there are more that a few (fish oil, glucosamine, for examples) that most likely will help keep your level of fitness from going anywhere.
