thewomantoblame
While visiting friends in January I ended up hanging out with a friend of theirs I hadn't seen since their wedding. He and I started talking over the course of the next few months. We talked a lot about the problems he was having with his girlfriend and everything remained platonic until they broke up in July. He moved back to England immediately after, but we've continued to talk daily and I now have plans to go and see him after the first of the year. I hate developing feelings for somebody who is so far away. There's no logical way for us to date and see where things go. I know we like each other, I know he's excited for me to come and stay with him. Is there any good way to bring this up without sounding completely crazy?
Island Girl
Are you asking how you tell him you don't want anything more - that you don't want a relationship?
