wakeboard_28 Posted December 1, 2003 Share Posted December 1, 2003 I have posted my story on here in the past but I need some good advice. Me and my ex were together for 3 months almost 4. We met during the summer during break and hit it off really well. She even called me the next day a wanted to know if she could come out and see me. She only lives 15 minutes from me but goes to another school. We spent all of our time that we could together. She came to my races and we went to football games. Went out on the weekends and I even let her hang out with her friends without objecting. She always wanted to hang out with me even if I was stuck cleaning the house she was there. After school started everything seemed fine until about a month into school she started to talk with another guy. He was flirting with her andwould always talk to her because we went to seperate schools i couldn't be there every waking moment. She confronted me with this dilema and said to me that she told the guy she wanted to remain with me because I was her boyfriend. This stopped everything for about 2 weeks. Then out of nowhere she dumps me and starts to see him. I asked her what she saw in him that made her make this decision. She said that he was really funny and they always talked, he had never kissed a girl before or had a girlfriend and she said that he reminded her of her brother. I am just wondering if I ever had a chance with her after he steeped into the picture. Everything she said about him is also true about me. He is even a year younger than her. Does anyone else out there feel that I even had a shot at saving what we had and what she said we would always have. I got envolved emotionally enough with her that I don't want to lose her but I'm afraid I have even at least as a friend. And that was to someone who has never experiecned true love. I now have.
