RogueAngel19
Lately I've been getting hitting on a lot by men but mostly women and I don't understand why. I'm flattered but also bothered. I don't dress sexy or even very attractive I'm just me in fact I even go for the invisible look in jeans and tees because I don't want people to see my body first. Anyway I question my sexuality and I've come up with bi-curious so far due to a past relationship that ended in a train wreck. Anyway back to the issue could I be sending the wrong signals and not realizing it or can they see something I don't. I'm in a relationship with my bf that has been going on for awhile and I'm not interested in ending it or ruining it. I want to make friends and not hit on. What do I do? aerogurl87
You're hot deal with it! Lol, no but you can't stop people from being attracted to you. Take it as a compliment, but don't reciprocate their actions so as not to ruin what you have now.
Author RogueAngel19
I am not hot and I do take it as a compliment. It just bothers me that it is happening so often and sometimes I don't even realize it till later that I was getting hit on and someone was being more than just really nice to me. I'm not a blonde at all but I just assume people wouldn't go after me which is why I think it bothers me so much. But the question is how can I change it?
aerogurl87
1) You need to work on your self confidence because everyone is hot in someone's eyes and apparently your current situation is a testament to this. 2) The only way you can change having people hit on you is to either be really cold and mean or to lock yourself away from every human on Earth. Or you can just learn to laugh it off as most people do and go on with your life from there. Just because someone hits on you, doesn't mean you have to flirt back. Tell them you're in a relationship and happy with your BF and keep it moving. Most people will get the hint from that.
Author RogueAngel19
I would tell them that if I realized it in time to say it. I just go on with the conversation because I second guess the fact that they could be flirting with me so I ignore it and go on with my life.
TheLoneSock
Jeans and a tee just so happens to be how I wish more girls would dress. It is the sexiest thing ever. Maybe that's because I'm a jeans and tee kind of guy, and that's how I like my girls too, who knows.
NewSmyrnaBeach
I don't know what to tell you about getting hit on by dudes. As far as getting hit on by girls goes, I could understand if you were wearing cargo shorts but jeans and t-shirts? I'll have to look into this...
Devil Inside
As a guy the women that I find most attractive are those that are cute and sexy, but not necessarily drop dead or sex object types. The ones that seem approachable yet look like they could be naughty. Maybe you are giving off this vibe. Either way...the problem you have is one that most people would want...you are attractive. People are drawn to you. Take it as a compliment.
Author RogueAngel19
Maybe you're right. I just never really think of myself like that very much since I'm not really girly in the way I dress. I assume I am invisible to most people so I'm not very good at taking compliments a lot. mushmush
yup i'm a tee and jeans type of guy as well.. always have prefered cute and fun over stunning.. easier to talk to, more fun, and definaly less superficial. Always had a theory that girls dress up to impress other girls. I really couldnt care less if you wore trackies and a t-shirt out. If your hot, your hot!
