I have athlete’s foot on my toes and I think it infected my palms too. I guess I touched my toes. Can you suggest anything you might have tried before to get rid of it?

You know what? Do see a dermatologist to have that accurately diagnosed. But in case it is indeed athlete’s foot, the key is keep the areas clean and dry. Use a clean towel or a clean used shirt to wipe them dry. Then let them airdry. Now if you are interested with medicating to help treat it, ask your doctor about gris-peg. It’s used for ringworms, barber’s itch, athlete’s foot, etc. It’s available on almost any pharmacy out there so you can easily get it once you’re prescribed to it. Hope this helps.
