youchoose Posted October 26, 2009 Posted October 26, 2009 I have athlete’s foot on my toes and I think it infected my palms too. I guess I touched my toes. Can you suggest anything you might have tried before to get rid of it?

But in case it is indeed athlete’s foot, the key is keep the areas clean and dry. Use a clean towel or a clean used shirt to wipe them dry. Then let them airdry. Now if you are interested with medicating to help treat it, ask your doctor about gris-peg. It’s used for ringworms, barber’s itch, athlete’s foot, etc. It’s available on almost any pharmacy out there so you can easily get it once you’re prescribed to it. Hope this helps.
