He had a party that night and I ended up really really drunk and went and passed out in his bed hours after he had already passed out in his bed. I dound out that he didn't care, I just passed out there and he knew I didn't have any intention of doing that anyways. But I haven't seen him yet,a nd I am wondering if I should apologize to him the next time I see him or if I should just act normal and not mention it.

And if you want to comment on the comfort of his bed, that could inject some humor into it. Hey, chill. You did nothing so bad here. It would have been much worse had you driven yourself home while drunk and crashed into a car full of people. I commend you for staying put!!!
