BeautifulMan
I have never understood the importance of guy friends up until recently when my best friends have either moved away or became estranged. All I have are friends who are girls but it isn't the same as having a buddy to go to clubs/parties with because they are either in relationships or talk about guys. I don't know how it came about to be this way but I need to know what are some good ways to meet some outgoing guys that I can go out and drink with and pick up a few ladies (don't have trouble with that)
LevelHeaded
Guys having guy friends is extremely important. About half of my friends are guys, the other half girls. Sometimes we do things as a group, sometimes I"m the only guy dining out with all women, other times (more rarely) it's all of us guys together. The latter is what I treasure the most. We understand each other more. A couple of weeks ago, some college friends and I (all guys) went back to our alma mater and spent the weekend on the lake, going to the football game, hitting some bars, etc. I didn't realize until that weekend how much I needed that as a regular in my life. I don't have much advice on how to find more guy friends, but I strongly suggest that you do. It keeps you grounded.
Curious-One
all my close friends are guys... i have never really had a girl friend that i hangout ocasionally. I need to work on that but i agree you definintely need guy friends. There is nothing better than hanging out with my buddies playing sports, paintball, talking about girls life etc.
