Technically, you are a virgin until you have had intercourse (some might be even more stringent and say that virginity equates having an intact hymen, but hymens can be broken for non-sexual reasons). Personally, I don't think that phone or Internet sex would remove your virgin status, but no doubt there are people who feel differently.
