I have social anxiety disorder, should I tell my dates this?

Often times I have no trouble attracting women, its just once I do, I lose them. As much as I'd like to blame the women for this, its time to admit to you and myself that I have a form of social anxiety disorder.

When I go on a date, I get light-headed. Literally. I often ramble from one topic to another, almost in an incoherant manner.

The funny thing is, this is usually only when I first meet people. Once I get comfortable with them, I am "my normal self" and people actually like me (like office workers). But the thing is, if you mess up on date 1, you're usually done, and the women think you're a weirdo (which I cant blame them).

I'm not sure what to do about this. Should I just be honest? Sometimes women ask me "What are you hiding?" and "Why are you being kind of quiet?" when I'm out. I hate myself for it.

I feel like being honest but I know women hate men with social problems. Yet I feel desperately like telling them the truth. You think this is a bad idea? Or should I try to hide my social anxiety until I can figure out how to fix it?
