FourHorsemen
I just got out of a 2 year relationship and find it hard not to think about her. We broke up because she was too interested in another guy for me to feel comfortable. We tried to stay friends but that didn't work, and after she realized taht the new guy was a jerk she called me. Feeling hurt by it all together I rejected her and broke off all contact. About a month later I was at the movies with friends and ran into her and her friends. I thought I was over her but seeing her simply devistated me. I tried to get back with her, but she had moved on. She doesn't want a relationship right now, and it's like we just broke up all over again, only it's harder now. I wanna stay her friend because we've known eachother since 1st grade (I'm in college now by the way), and it just hurts so much. Any advice?
flyswatter04
well....i kinda know how you feel. Not too long ago a relationship I had for about 2 years broke up. I pertty much went through the same thing you did. Now I have not talked to her in about a month now but I still hurt. Seeing that you have been friends since 1st grade, in my opinion, you should try to still be friends, but that is your choice. I now it will be hard but do everything you can to get over her. Go out and have a little fun with other friends; meaning going to the movies, meet some new people, go to the mall, chase cars........I know it will be hard its not going to be easy. Belive me I wish it was, but a friendship that lasted that long should not end just because you two decided to break up. No matter what you do you will always have here. Sorry I could not be any more help.
