icstars Posted December 21, 2003 Share Posted December 21, 2003 my boyfriend and i dated for 1 year on and off. we broke up twice during the summer and he came back to me both times. well last night he broke up with me because he said he was under stress and needed space. he said he still loved me and always would. i want him back and for some reason i am scared that he wont be back this time even though the last two times he came back. i love him very much and know this is the guy i want to be with. please help!? When he says he needs time away, he means time away from you. It was pretty mean of him to say that he still loves you, but my advice is to not wait around for him, it doesn't get any better. My guy broke up with me after 7.5 yrs. and then I took him back and he did it again then I started to take him back. It was the same old stuff all over again. The only way for you to feel better is to move on. Have no contact with him at all. It makes it alot easier. I still have times where I breakdown but the tears dont come as easy now. Im getting back out in the world and starting to feel good about myself again. The new year is almost here and Im making a fresh start with a positive attitude ! You should do the same.
