My gf so much stressed. How to deal with her stress?

Hi i am in trouble. My life is totally messed up. I am in relationship with a gal. Its a long distance relationship. Wel we fall in love. I proposed her. She said she needs time to think. With time she agreed. She sent me gifts. Used to call me, miss me. Means she showed all her love. I realised this is the gal of my life. I respected her love. I promised i wil be loyal till death. Everything was going fine. We introduced each other with families. Her parents liked me nd mine liked her. They saw me on cam. Soon probs started building. Her elder sis married 2yrs ago got divorced because he fell in love with other women. I asked her do ur family trust me. She said they trust u with heart. In august she behaved different. She said her exams r going so she need some time. I gave her sometime. After exams end my bday came. She called me nd wished me on my bday. Then stated chatting again. Her mom said her to go and chat with me at cafe becoz her pc was not working. But after 6days she was feeling stressed. She said she dont wanna love. She hate love. Told me to fine some1 else. I no she was not fine. I dont no reason. But her frd told me her dad has affair with another women outside. She just lost faith in love now. She stopped all communication with me. But later for 1month she started again. She want me but cant think about us becoz of probs. She didnt contact me from 1month now. Even she didnt check her mails from 1month. I no she love me nd she say she no that i love her with true heart. Her parents nd my parents hav no objection. She was feeling stress of her job too. She just graduated in september. She was not feeling comfortable in office. She used to say she has not good communication skills. I used to say her u can improve. But she used to say negative points. Even in relationship too. I said her life is to fight not to think about future probs. Dont no what to do now? Tell me how should i tackle this prob? Her first bf did bad with her. But she trusts me with all her heart. Just she cant see her family like this. She didnt told me about her dad becoz she thought i wil not respect her dad. I think she feel i deserve some1 better. What should i do now? Plz help me i need ur help immediately. Is she depressed?
