How can I overcome my worries?

This is a bit of a weird one, as my worries only seem to be a problem in my head when im alone, so its a bit of a over thinking problem.

 

I seem to overthink situations in my head leading to worries about situations that dont exist. For example, if im talking to someone and they're away I might think they were ignoring me despite the fact they clearly werent.

 

Sometimes I take things personally even if I dont know myself when I shouldnt. Someone will say something that consciously i'll understand, but somehow it makes me feel annoyed or upset in a way. Despite the fact I clearly know what they were meaning.

Sometimes things happen and people get into a funk of insecurity, but manage to find their way back out. If this is something that continues to effect you, you may have some deeper issues such as depression or anxiety. In this case you should talk to a doctor.

 

When I have a bout with this, I always try to mentally rewind to what triggered it. Once I do this I can usually work it out, and I am okay again.:o
