OK Now that I'm on a diet I was wondering if somebody could tell me some good exercises to tone up my body. Cause last time I went on a diet I would just walk like 3 miles a day and a couple of sit ups but I didn't really need to do that much sit ups cause I never really had a big stomach I would just have to do like 10 every 3 days cause my stomach was usually tight it was just alwayzz my thighs and my hips but now my stomach has got big Its real bad cause i just used to have a little budgy stomach now its real big kinda lol but ne wayzz like the walking only helped my hips and made my butt go flat lol it didn't really help that much. just alittle. but I was needed some exercises to tighten up my inner thighs , outer thighs , stomach , hips , and my lil love handles in the back lol. crysiet Posted December 28, 2003 Share Posted December 28, 2003 Different workouts work for different people. I do kick boxing. Its great! It really helps your stomach muscles, but mostly the lower body. Think about it. All that lifting a force from your butt and thighs! It is also a great way to defend yourself.
