I need her now more than ever

Recommended Posts

I so need to see her, people. I do. She want to put the past behind her...considers 2003 a terrible year for her and I met her at the tail end of the year. She has convinced herself that 2004 will be the year for her and she wants to start it fresh. Maybe this is just a stage I'm going through...and it will pass. For I do need her. Am I to be forever a part of a bad year for her? I can't handle that in my memory. I was going to write a letter...but it's all past the point of exhaustion...even though there wasn't any. I haven't pleaded...I haven't done much but accept and I feel that I might be missing a chance if I don't up and say that I need her. Again, that will be read as emotional blackmail. She even had a test done after our relationship to make sure she was completely virus free...I mean, I was honest with her and that hurts to think that she didn't trust me in that department. You know what I mean?

If someone asks for space....give it to them....I know that mine was a different case as my ex had problems to deal with and it simply wasn't just, 'oh, he's annoying etc'. Give them space and when they want to see you again, offer support and companionship to a point with honesty. Strength is paramount. It's hard. Even now...I just want to call her, see her...it just seems so natural. But over is over. Strange.

It was you who said that, was it not? ;)

Stay strong, she needs time, so give it to her. You don't want to pressure her or make her come back to you just b/c you feel you need her. Because if you do this, the cycle will repeat itself and you will be feeling even more hurt the second time around.

If you feel down, just post here, this is what this forum is for..

good luck. :)

Thanks, sarah...I back and fill on my own words. It happens. Anyway, she called today thinking I was doing something stupid. 'Where was I....are you okay etc.' I emailed her with a message or two.

There's just so much on.

I'm not up to speed.

werty is so right..you are lucky that she comes calling to you, and asking if you are OK. I did the same with my ex and it was truly because I cared for him and wanted to make sure he was ok. You're a lucky guy..you just need to play the waiting game..at least she's still there..
