Belly growing fast!

Recommended Posts

Help!

I'm not over-weight at all. If anything, I might be considered under-weight. (I'm 24. Height 5'2". Weight is slightly over 100lbs.) I don't look anorexic. I look and feel healthy.

My belly is my growing concern. (pun intended.) What should I do? I exercise, but not regularly. Yes, that, I can do for starters, but is there anything else I can do? Diet? Any specific type of exercise?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Gracias!

Dearest Buddha Belly,

Is it fat that's making your belly bigger, could you be pregnant? Maybe its close to that time of the month and you're bloated. If you're not just getting a little soft around the waist because of fat, I'd definitely go to the Dr and find out why your belly is expanding.

Also remember that we are almost through with the holidays, most people indulge and bulge about 5 or 10 lbs. A little too much turkey maybe?

Keep exercising and doing fun activities you love, cut back on refined sugar and nutrition depleted white flour.

Good luck Buddha, I can guess what one of your New Years resolutions will be. And if you can't lose the belly you can always charge people to rub it for good luck. -smiles :p

I know most guys find a little pot belly cute. I am not talking these massive ones that hang over your belt like a guy who drinks too much beer, but those cute ones us women have which show that we are not perfect, but still sexy :)

My BF is a little unusual in that he actually wants me to get really fat, but when I was skinny and him and my mom started fattening me up I got fat on my belly before the rest of me did, and I got nothing but compliments on it from alot of guys. Look around at the malls, etc. now, almost everybody, even the kinda skinny girls have pot bellies now, and they are showing them off too, and I always see them w/ guys...so there !
