A healthy person who has healthy bowel habits won't have any toxins in their colon for years... I still think the OP should consult a DR if he thinks he has a condition that could have him impacted. It was very cleansing, and I have to admit, it had a roto-rooting effect. Let me know if you want more info. I'm personally inclined to stay away from over-the-counter products.
