Joe Normal
I was thinking of starting this, and normally wouldn't come to this forum to post about it...but since I notice we have a poster here called "skydive addict" I thought I'd ask (anyone else can answer too, if they know about it), what's the best way to start with skydiving? E.g. finding somewhere safe to learn, what's the best way to start since there are a few different options/learning paths you can take as a beginner. I'm planning on starting with my gf if that influences things at all.
USMCHokie
I think I just saw a rise in skydiveaddict's pants... But seriously though, just do a quick search of reputable companies in your area...I'm sure skydiveaddict will have better and more useful advice...

I'm planning on starting with my gf if that influences things at all. Pm me what state you live in and I'll send you a list all schools in that state. You're first jump will always be tandem (Hooked to an instructor) Then there are two basic training methods , traditional and AFF (accellerated free fall), which I prefer. Again, pm me I can get you the info on all that. If were you, I would go with AFF.
