A lot of what I read says they dont work when ingested orally, it has to be given by injection.... A friend of mine did it by injection, and followed the strict 500 calorie a day diet and lost tons of weight.. I cant do it, I have to eat or I get horriable headaches.

Even without the injections. a 500 calorie a day diet it self will lead to a ton of weight loss, likely the injections only stimulated a financial loss.

I agree... My friend did it under supervision of a doctor through a weight loss clinic. I wouldnt attempt it any other way..
