Is kissing an adultry? When do faithful christians have the right to kiss their girl? Is there any verse that tells us about it? thanks. Gb

"Adultery" would be having sex with someone else's wife. You are asking about sexual sin in general. The question is how fanatical do you wish to be in interpreting the Bible. Is lusting in your heart just as bad as actual adultery? Those Bible verses were written in a culture that did not date to choose a spouse. A child was promised and as the man was able to afford his own household she moved in and became the wife,

 

A few years ago Richard Gere got a Bollywood actress in trouble because he kissed her cheek after being introduced at an AIDs fundraising/awareness function. There is the story of the Saudi woman who received lashes because she was alone with her father in law and he was not a "blood" relative. Ultra religious Jews will not touch a woman not in their household, but then that is because he does not know her menstrual cycle, thus when she is "clean". These are example of cultures today where there are restrictions as they see there holy books which would not allow kissing

 

The thing about kissing is that those who refuse do so refuse because they doubt they can stop before reaching a wet spot in between the others legs, so they build that big firewall against the eventual sexual sin. I would say anyone you kiss has to be at that moment the woman you are most likely to marry if all turns out okay. If she isn't don't take that step. Others who do not see kissing as a "sin" will not have such a stringent requirement and may experiment more and feel perfectly fine as long as there is no touching of "private parts" or penetration. A few will see nothing wrong with most sexual sins but do draw a line at adultery. Where you fall you will have to decide for yourself.
