stupidinternet
i was wondering, how should email and passwords, and bank accounts be shared when marriage happens. i am in the situation where he has a ton of email people, a website or two where he goes to meet new friends, etc. i would like to share accounts, share passwords and nothing be secret. but of course he can always make a new account for himself, but i wouldnt be too happy with that or should i? i dunno im confused! i thought everything became one when married
SoleMate
i thought everything became one when married Only in the Borg empire. Keep your passwords and email and cellphone and correspondence separate, and maybe your bank accounts too. Not "secret" - just separate. I'd want to see those websites, but look...you wouldn't read his mail, so don't read his email. Unless you both REALLY want to. Then you'll be writing back a year from now, wondering how on earth you can get some breathing space...
