Any Recommendations For Self Help Books

Recommended Posts

You all know my problem. Just curious if anyone has any suggestions on books for building confidence, doing something about self esteem, overcomming shyness, motivational tips, anything on depression, relationship books etc?

I am kinda getting into the reading thing. It is only books on my field though, but I want to read some self help. I just would like for some recommendations please.

Okay, you totally deserve a post with an actual answer, and with the incredible number of brilliant literate people on this forum, I'm sure you'll get some. I just had to laugh and wonder if anyone else saw the irony in "Any Recommendations For Self Help Books".

Try "Don't Bet On The Prince!" by Dr. Gilda Carle

So what is wrong with my title? There are plenty of people on here who I assume read books to help themselves, so that is why I am asking for some recommendations instead of wasting money and time with books that are not worthy reading.

I didn't until I saw your post. Maybe I should have some more coffee.

I totally understand your question, I just find irony amusing. The irony wasn't in your question, but in the title, in which you are asking for help so that you can help yourself. It's my sense of humor, not any flaw in your logic.

Okay Dyermaker. Thought you were poking fun at me at first. Already have a complex here man don't need anymore issues. But anyways thanks for clarifying.
