feelingfine
so the weekends he has the kids, they always end up "hanging" out at my (which used to be our) house. weekends he does not have the kids they don't see or hear from him. he came to fix up the new computer tonight without me asking him. And then he wont leave. Damn him! He was getting stuff off of the old harddrive and using a back up he has used at his place. I said I could do it...and he said he would. Then I said as long as there are not photos of you two and your new life I would do it. He just flippintly said that is what I am making sure is not on here. He acts like we should still be cordial which I am trying to do to save face, but just keeps on with his new life and girl. I am sick! Sick of this and how matter of fact he is. LIKE THIS IS NORMAL???? hELP!
LisaUk
OK, time to take back your own power. Not to get at him, you can't change him or how he behaves towards you, but you can change the way you behave towards him. Next time he acts like this simply tell him that you are only interested in conversation regarding the children, other than that, you have your own life to lead.
LonelyTiger
I wouldn't let him in the house. If it's his turn to have the kids he can take them to 'his place' or take them out or whatever. That house is your 'home' not his. He no longer has any right to be there uninvited. You can still be polite for the sake of the kids but he's overstepping the mark. I would make sure he's under no illusions about that.
