Mostly I want to lose weight in my thighs, that's my biggest problem spot. They have gone down a lot but I swear I probably carry about 5 pounds just in my thighs! Any ideas on how to get rid of them?

 

Are you talking about 5 pounds of fat?

 

My thighs are rock solid. My problem area is my whole midsection. Wanna trade?

Yes, 5 pounds of fat probably in my upper thighs. That's the bad area. I do have muscle also, but there is a lot of fat there that I can't seem to get rid of.

 

I definately don't want to trade! It is a pain though to have to buy pants and have them be huge around the waist and tight on the thighs.

How often do you do squats? Do you do it with weight? I think squats really help.

 

Another one is fire hydrant drills. I don't know how common is this term because I've been trying to google/youtube this so I can share with my coworkers too. So far, I couldn't find a video that describes this. Maybe I should videotape myself and upload to youtube. I do this drill at least once a week as part of my kickboxing drills, I think it's highly effective, unfortunately, it's hard to describe as it uses 4 combinations of hips/legs extensions and your feet have to bend certain ways to be effective. It's very intense but that's when change will happen though.

 

I'll google some more later this weekend as my friends are also interested in this and will post it here if I find it.
