Should I make a move??

Ok, first of all, I'm going through a break-up right now. 2 1/2 year relationship has fallen apart with the possibility of reconciliation but I've been trying to get out and see what else is out there so I don't lose my mind! Btw, I am a lesbian so this situation is somewhat different. I few weeks ago I met this bartender while out one night. I didn't know, but apparently she asked the guy I was hangin out with if I was with him and if I was gay. Next time I saw her, we exchanged myspace info. We are both musicians and its probably the biggest aspect of my attraction to her. Then I saw her again a few days later (these are all encounters at her bar). We have a great conversation, and this time exchange #'s so that we could figure out a time to jam sometime. Couple days later, we hang out OUTSIDE of the bar and it was awesome although another of her friends was there practicing with us. She kept bring up her "ex girlfriend" and blah blah, and also kept saying things like "ya, I never make the first move with someone". I got the feeling she was trying to re-iterate the fact that she was into girls though I know she likes guys too. She also bought me lunch that day although she could have just been trying to be nice. Anyways, I saw her again a couple days ago and she was giving me looks all night, flirting, etc. Everytime she sees me she gives me a hug. My problem is that I'm very shy. I also don't want to mis-interprete her being nice for anything besides being nice and friendly but I can't help but think she's just waiting for me to make a move already. On the other hand, she'd be really cool just to have as a friend and I don't want to make things weird if she says no thanks. ALSO, as I mentioned, I just got out of a relationship with someone so I am nowhere near being ready for a relationship. How do I let her know I'm interested but would really like to just hang out more as friends and see where things lead? Should I just tell her I'm into her and would love to hang out again sometime?? Sometimes when someone tells you they have a crush on you in a straight forward but sorta light-hearted way it can be cute. Please, someone help!
