lau1247
I fancy this gal, we'll call her C. It's has been few months over a year already. Last September I told her that I fancy her. She declined but we keep in touch as friends weekly by text. We didn't see each other much. She's probably avoiding me. I don't know to be exact. During November we got talking and chatting, the conversation lead to my graduation party which will be held this coming August (Long way to go but still). Again she declined when I asked, saying that I might and should find someone else to go as if she's not interested at all (She not much of a girlish type - more active and sporty, maybe that's why she said that). As for November I also made a new friend with this gal which we'll call her T. One thing lead to another I kinda fancy T while still have hots for C as I always did. I didn't take any action there. During christmas, I got C finding nemo DVD (She absolutely loved it! - which I knew it for sure as she told we when she saw it in the cinema) which is not out here in Ireland yet. Fair enough. I got T a hair straightener (She loved it too - I remember she said it'll be great if she have one quite some time ago when we went to the cinema with a bunch of friends) 3 Days ago I asked T to be my date for the graduation party, she said yes!! I was absolutely delighted with her answer. But yesterday when C text me saying she heard about me taking T to the graduation party. Here's the dilemma, 2 of my friends started to go out the week before so she asked me "could it be me and T soon??". My reply was "I would like to but I dunno how T would feel about me" (I thought with me and C, we're just going nowhere..) She also wished me good luck.. Then I asked her who she had her eye on.. What came back hurt me more than word can describe.. She said "I'm in that ****ty position which the guy I like is gone with someone (gone with someone is not the exact text because I forgot some words but that's he general meaning), which I realised too late, I blew it! It's my own tough ****" I knew straight away she was talking about me as the first time I tell her that I fancy her, we use 3rd person type of conversation.. I wrote back saying "it's not too late, Tell him now!!" All she ever said was "No I don't want to put the guy on an awkward position" but the thing is I didn't even get with T yet.. So how is that awkward?? I dunno if she's playing games with me or really have these feeling for me.. (By the way I don't think T know that I fancy her) If she had changed her mind and realised that she liked me, why won't she just come out and tell me?? What should I do? Should I stay on the same square and continue persuading C or should I move on and try with T? I'm in general a very confused guy now.. If I knew that she like me I would not have changed a thing.. Please give some advise.. Thanks for helping out
moimeme
People who play games are tiresome. Go with T to the party. You may find she's much more fun than C. If not, it's not as though you are tied together forever.
jenny
yep, she's angling you. now that you are off market property, she is seeing if she still has buying power. don't be a chump - you gave her her shot - and don't let this get in the way of your developing feelings for T. so far, she's baited, and you've hooked consistently. be your own man, and date a girl who likes you enough to have the courage to just say yes the first time. silversoulfly
I agree with them. T likes you, and you said you fancy her right? What's the problem? See what happens with her. If it doesn't work out, my guess is that if C really likes you, she'll come to you. If not, she is simply playing games.
Author lau1247
I think C might be jealous because I ask T to the grad party. Because of the jealousy, what she had is now a thing she can only hope for. No longer in control of the situation or as one of the reply say I'm out of the market. She seemed to change her mind quite rather often as in I like you then I don't mean to say that or just forget bout me or I don't want to hurt T's feeling. I've tried all possible way to sort it out but she still refuse to say yes. For her being together is not what she had wanted apparantly as I had thought. That's what she's leading her side of story to. I think I'll move on with T.. Staying on a position where there's no future is just a "death sign". I don't want to waste time for something that will not be there. I want something stimulating and makes me feel alive.. It'll be great if I possess mind reading ability like the movie "What women wants" What do you think of the whole situation now that this piece of information is being added
silversoulfly
I think you're begining to see the light, my friend. I think C is confused as well as playing games. T seems to have it more together, so see what pans out with her.
