somegirlsomewhere
This might sound crazy, but nail polish remover dries coldsores up like a charm.

I am absolutly desperate to get rid of this by tomorrow night for my date (although I no thats probably not possible) but just incase does anyone know anything than can help me get rid of it?!?! Im desperate!! Thanks in advance how did the date go? If I were you, I would cancel (or tell him the truth that I had cold sore and feeling a bit uncomfortable). I think because first date is already awkward enough and if I'm self conscious with my coldsore all night, it's not good. However, I hope you have a great date!
LucreziaBorgia
Get a prescription for Zovirax from your doctor for future cold sores. That stuff will stop a cold sore dead in its tracks if you start putting it on as soon as you feel the tingle.
EYECANDY000
it is happens again use an ice cube. when you start to feel a tingle then apply the ice cube to your lip for about 10-15 minutes. That will stip it before it develops. has helped me a few times. of course if its already developed then the ice cube wont work
