Everybody have different moods for taste in music... May I suggest that you rent some love movie or go to record store and find romantic movie soundtrack... The music they use there should usually suit for the occasion..

"Love Actually" have pretty good songs in there..

Just a suggestion

Interstate Love Song is a great tune, but for me the Stone Temple Pilots song I'd be most likely to "groove" to would be Wicked Garden!

Actually that reminds me, I forgot to list Kissing You by Des'ree, its that slow song that plays when Leo Decaprio and Claire Danes first meet each other in Romeo + Juliet.

LOL, which are the songs and which are the bands in your list? Hmm, generation gap. Here's one that you can hunt high and low for. One of my favorites back in the '70s.

Group: Camel

Album: Snowgoose

nice mix. do you have a theme for the mix? i mean, what kind of love making are you trying for? i love the ones that are so carefully crafted as to induce a succession of emotions; they are like opera; you know they have planned the crescendo.

Bands left, songs right.

Can't recall the group Camel, yet the name is nagging at some black hole in my brain. Not sure why.

Marvin Gaye, anybody? Can't believe nobody's even mentioned this Groove Master yet!

One of his songs features Macy Gray (I think it's title is Love Life) that I think would be good for bumpin uglies :D .

Personally, I've been meaning to mix one myself, with some of my favorites by Lenny Kravitz. LENNY RULES!! He's got a lot of songs that would fit the mood.

I'm surprised that Dyermaker didn't suggest any Led Zeppelin, because they got some good ones for that too. For instance, D'yer Mak'er (lol), Since I've Been Loving You, All of My Love, I'm Gonna Crawl... too many to even list unless you're burning a mp3... and I don't know what kind of mood you're going for.

Oh yeah, Matchbox 20 has a hell of a song on one of their albums, which I don't have, and I don't even know the name of. can anyone help me out here? I think it was probably on their second album, and if I remember correctly, it's actually a hidden track at the end. I may be wrong about both of those, but I must confess, that song gives off a damn sexy vibe.

Ok, I'm gonna go out on a limb. For tempo, rythm, build-up and finish-

Mac the Knife . . .

by anyone born before 1980.

Oh yeah, "Someone to watch over me" from Play Misty for Me- old Clint Eastwood movie (I think).
