just_some_guy
I guess it is silly, but I dropped through another "decade" on the scale. In other words, the middle digit just dropped by one, another 10lbs lost. My weight drifts up and down a good bit, so I always wait until I see it happen at least twice before calling it real. But saw it twice now on the scale. Doing it slow, mostly through lots of exercise and moderation in eating. Being separated has allowed me to control the foodstuffs in the house a lot better, which really helps too. So happy decade day to me!!!
Rorschach
Woohoo! Grats. I'm hoping for another decade day when I weight myself on tuesday (I only weight myself once or twice a week). I was close to the 250s last time and I think I can make it.
Author just_some_guy
Just dropped through another ten's-digit on the scale today. I think that's the second one since my first post in this thread. Not sure, not really worrying about it. Changed my thinking, changed my habits, changed my surroundings and it all just seems to be working. Getting more physically fit, mentally sound and emotionally-centered. Not dieting, not counting calories, just thinking a little before I put it on the fork. Exercising regularly at a reasonable pace, not too hard, just hard enough to do the job with lots of rest in between. I'll probably bounce back up a bit in a few days, as I am apt to do. But the trend continues in the right direction.
