It's lovely !

And BTW, you seem to have a perfect figure, so no idea why you're always obsessing over your weight !

Haha, I knew someone was going to make a comment like that!

I don't know why I obsess either, I look smashing if I do say so myself! I have definately seen a difference since I stopped drinking diet coke. I don't look as bloated.

I agree with Mel! You have a great figure! I'm so jealous that your big boobs stay up like that all on their own. Mine once did. Like in high school. lol. *sigh*

You'll look like a princess at your wedding! What are you going to do with your hair? Up or down?

It's very pretty, LB! And I like it better than the other one - what a score!

Are you just trying to show off the back of the dress (in the side pic) or do you normally stand hunched over like that? A good posture can work wonders for how your figure looks, so pull those shoulders back, girl! :) Just a suggestion.

SHARE! :)

The dress hoopla is the best part of wedding hoopla, isn't it?

I have a push up bra on! But anyway..

I'm going to wear my hair half up probably, and curly. I am going to wear a tiara and veil also, I haven't bought those yet though. They are very overpriced at the store where I bought my dress.

LB, did you find shoes yet? I cannot find any shoes I like

They are white and have a ltitle bow on them. Very beautiful and elegant.

Oh...shoes! Are you ladies doing white? Or gold or silver?

I want ivory, well something between white and ivory so they match my dress. I want strappy sandals with a 3-4inch heel.

I'm considering this shoe http://www.heels.com/womens-shoes/corrine-sandal-ivory.html. Sorry LB, not meaning to hijack, I'm just all excited about dresses :bunny::bunny::love:

Ouch!!! I'm not a high heels wearing type of person though. Mine are only 2 inches.

They are very pretty though, I like them a lot. Is your dress ivory?

I'm a heel expert so I'll be fine as long as it's a comfortable fit :cool:

The dress color is actually between white and ivory :laugh::laugh:

Those are GORGEOUS! They're very Carrie Bradshaw, but in actually tasteful way!

Stuart Weitzman makes some awesome strappy, wedding-dress appropriate shoes.

Thanks for the reminder SG, now I found a pair I like even more that's costing me double!

Well, they say you should leave 3 months for alterations, as you generally need to go for at least 3 fittings. I think it really depends how much you need it or want it altered also.

They can rush the alterations but they may charge more. Do you plan on having it altered at a bridal shop or by a personal seamstress?

Unlike LB's suggestion, I don't know any bride who had had hers fitted more than once, unless she got it fitted months before the wedding and then lost/gained significant weight - PARTICULARLY if you have a corset bodice.

My friend's wedding is May 22nd, and her fitting is next weekend (as in May 1st).
