MrNate
I don't know what it is, but there's something about women who participate in powerlifting. It's like they build the most amazing legs/butt from doing all the squats, deadlifts, etc. and it never looks bad. It's just plain yummy. Now of course cuteness is a factor too, but even the not so good looking ones can be physically hot lol Which leads me to this point. Squats and Deadlifts will give any woman curves, and I recommend it to any woman that asks me about getting thicker (NOT fat) legs/butt. Any other guys agree?
ADF
I just can't see myself giving women tips on how to make their legs and backsides more attractive to me. How could I do that without coming across as horribly rude and presumptuous? I don't think I could.

So I would say squatting and deadlifts are your best best. That's something cardio alone can't give you. And from what I see from the women on my team, it works very well. tman666
There are a lot of beautiful female powerlifters out there. I agree that it has everything to do with squats, deads and heavy weight. Compound Movements + heavy weights + conditioning + fairly clean diet = hotness

I just came back from collegiate nationals in Orlando, and I could not believe some of the women I saw. (Penn State had some gorgeous women) Not only were they cute but the bods were also in line. Oh, the pairs of legs I saw... The funny thing is most guys think the women get all buff and bulky from lifting heavy weight. There's a difference between bodybuilding and powerlifting. The funny thing is most guys think the women get all buff and bulky from lifting heavy weight. There's a difference between bodybuilding and powerlifting. I've been very preachy since I've been here about the need for women (and men obviously) to lift heavy and with high intensity. I'm sick of people being told that "toning" exercises are the way to go, that all calories are equal, that lifting heavy weights will make a woman big and bulky. Not that I need to make it my life mission to see that people are bettering themselves, but ya know, that weird vein pops out of my forehead when I read posts full of ill-informed BS. Glad to have you on the board.

phineas
I am facebook friends with a woman from highschool. She is into "stongest woman" competitions. she's got some serious peaks on her bi-ceps I need to cut up or just not stand by her this summer at the highschool reunion because i'll just look small standing next to her. She's also like a few inches taller than me. LOL!

Nat23
I have to agree. My girlfriend has been doing squats for 6 years (deadlifts not too often). She has the best ass and thighs in the gym. Those cardio only girls should take note. Those videos had me cracking up. I guess I was having a good laugh at myself. Got to get my ass back in the squat rack.
tman666
It's too bad that so many "fitneth thenters" around the U.S. are getting rid of their power racks and squat racks in favor of more cardio equipment and those worthless Smith machines. Most everyone should squat and deadlift in one form or another.
