Should I take it back???

Today I call my girlfriend and I told her, I was coming to her hostel around 5pm to see her and she was very happy. Around to 5, I now called her phone to tell her I was coming now. To my greatest surprise a guy picked the call to tell me she's not around that I should drop my message. I didn't drop any message with him. But later she called me back and I told her I was coming and I asked her were she left her phone, she told me she was charging it. Later she called me back to tell me not to come to her hostel, because she was busy I was very angry and she told me if it is because of the phone, I gave to her that's making me to chart on her, that she's returning the phone to me tomorrow. Should I take the phone back? Please advice.
