Woohoo I hit a new weight goal today

I dropped into the 250s today, about 3 weeks after I dropped into the 260s (well, probably more like 4 but I didn't weight myself for two weeks, it's been 3 weeks since I weighed myself and saw I was 267).

 

I'd known I was getting really close, I was 261.4 last friday when I had a splurge day (no big deal) then had a second splurge day the next day (it was a special occasion), but like I thought I lost all that weight that I gained over the weekend and then some on sunday/monday heavy workouts.

 

I weighed myself this morning and the scale said 260.0, so I took off my shirt and got it to say 259.6 :D

 

June. I want to be in the 240s by June.

Good luck, loosing and keeping off weight is not an easy task especially as you age. Keep working on it

 

I'm short at 5'8" and during my 20s and 30s I was in the 130-150 range then I got married, had kids and woke up one day at 210. I worked hard and got myself down to 170 with a target of 165 but I seem to be stuck around 175. I am Ok there but really wish I could dump the last 10lbs

Nice job man. Keep at it! Just remember that the closer you get to meeting your goal, the harder you'll have to train/watch your diet. Good luck.
