Star Gazer Posted May 20, 2010 Share Posted May 20, 2010 The worst thing you can do is actually remain still. Take some alleve and then go for a slow walk - like a mile or so. You'll be surprised how much looser your muscles feel afterwards. Your muscles need blood flow in order to repair themselves. Also, make sure you're getting enough protein. Recovery foods/drinks after tough workouts will also help speed your muscle recovery. Link to post Share on other sites
