Green, I'm curious what you think of men that marry heavy women. While I was planning my wedding I browsed through some wedding message boards where I saw a lot of FAT brides, I'm talking size 20+. Clearly someone out there loved these women and wanted to be their partner for life. How do you explain this? Are these men settling? Do they love these women despite their weight? Are they all chubby chasers?

 

I personally agree with you, as in I also prefer the way thin women look and think most men do as well. However, I don't think that each guy that loves a fat woman looks at her and wishes she was thin.

I never said it was bad -- but I do disagree with the premise that you or any man who is not attracted to overweight women would be able to know why those who are attracted to them feel the way they do. And they do exist, or I'd never get laid. That's been my only gripe with you on this thread.

They already do, and I'm sure the lower I get the better they will feel -- maybe I can come off of the Celebrex then that I take since I'm allergic to most OTC antiinflammatories. I've also found the seated elliptical trainer at my gym to be the best way for me to get in a good 45 minutes (more usually lately an hour, but if I'm in a hurry 45 minutes) of cardio without causing pain to my bum knee. (The pool is great as well, but I can't wear my heartrate monitor underwater so I don't count it as part of my cardio, I just enjoy it, and they keep it warm enough for me too.)

Men who marry fat women are often settling. They aren't under some dilusion that fat women are just as hot as slender women. Look even the fat women posting on this thread all want to loose weight, and even if it is just for health reasons they have to realize where this is going.

 

Just because some one is willing to date you or marry you doesn't make you hot or a good person or even attractive in any way for that matter.

 

chubby chasers are sick people, but the majority of men who marry/date fat women are happy dating/marrying a woman who isn't HOtt. I once had a friend of mine say "I don't like dating HOt chicks to much work" this is how guys talk in the locker room and this is how they think. so while its all well and good that women want to have form fitting clothes on their wedding day and to have a form... fat women have no form, they try to create it with the clothing. The more skin you see and the more nude they become the more apparent it is that there breasts and butt while MAYBE BIG (but not necesarily big) are MISShapen and their is NO FIGURE.

 

Men who are with fat women for the most part settle. They have whats known as lower expectations. It may not even be consciouse decision but more then not its very consiouse.

When I was at my maximum weight, I met several "chubby chasers", and several of them told me when I lost weight that they felt I was more attractive heavier -- mainly because of loose skin. Sagging isn't attractive no matter how much a person weighs. None of them killed puppies or molested children.

 

I've said before I draw my line at what is "sick" sexually when it's non-consensual. If you're attracted to children, or animals, people who are unconscious, or people who have said no... that's sick to me. Otherwise.... sexuality and sexual attraction is an aspect of the human experience that has many different aspects, and if you aren't attracted to that it's hard to understand why some people are.
