matt1987
Well its been over a year since my ex and I broke up, theres been contact in there but I havent talked to her in about 9 months. With all this time that has passed i keep slowly falling back into depression I guess you can say. I've dated since then but they were just coverups, I really hate saying that cause I was never like that. Everyday I want to text her more and more. Just to see what shes doing. I'm in the military now, I left back in december so were almost 2000 miles apart right now. But it still feels like shes right here with me. One of the big reasons why I joined was so I can hopefully get away from these feelings but I guess there is no running away. I just wanna know if it would be a bad idea if I texted her just to see how she was doing? I cant really get any worst than I am right now.
selena_cat
Did you say One Year? I am hoping that I pass the one year mark so i can totally forget about him and move on,how come you havent used that time to do the same? I myself understand how it is to pine after someone and thats not a good place to be,stuck that is. I stongly suggest that you speak to a counselor about your depression, someone who specializes in dealing with loss, grieving, its time to take better care of your mental health,no one,i believe no one has the right to steal your happiness and joy,its time to put you first. just my 3 cents
Nikki Sahagin
Well what were the circumstances of your break-up? Did you end it? Or did she? If she did, and your intention is a relationship, I wouldn't contact her. If your interest is friendship or to open communication, nothing ventured, nothing gained. I think its clear you are more focused on a relationship. I think your cover up relationships have just intensified what you liked about your ex - the wrong people can get us looking back at our exes.
