Well today I went back to my first aerobics class, step I must add!!!! Holy hamstrings batman, I think i found a butt muscle!!!!

 

Love step aerobic, was even certified to teach, I think its been minimum of 7 years since I went, so scootch over my thighs and butt muscles are talking to me, prob be stiff as a board tommorrow!!!!

 

But I feel better mentally just knowing I got there and did the class with a riser even!!!

went back to lunges this morning because i don't have a squat rack at home & can't put any more weight on my DB's so i just stopped doing anything but leg curls & extensions for a month.

 

HOLY HELL!!!

 

talk about finding your but muscles.
