Maybe I'm uneducated on relationship lexicon, but can you describe the actual problem you are having?

I am totally self maintenance..

 

I'm always jealous, crave attention like mad, I always freak out if i'm ignored and stuff like that

 

I really don't want to be like that its driving me insane..

 

So I really don't know how to change from being what I am to just 'normal'

High Maintainance?

 

What, in paticular bothers you about it--do you have trouble in relationships? The more you tell us, specifically, the more we can try to help.

Yeah...

 

My bf has been kind of you know buzy lately and i'm like totally PMSing all over. I don't understand why but I get

 

eazily stressed and mad at him for not taking time to talk to me or give me attention.

If you behave in a manner you don't want to, this may be indicative of a serious problem for which you should seek psychological counselling. Your behavior is a decision that YOU make. If you have made the decision to be jealous and to freak out when ignored and you can't do anything about it, you need help. A highly competent therapist can help you deal with your behaviors as well as increase your sadly low self esteem and confidence, which may have been eroded because of childhood experiences.
