jenny
why would gender be a factor, then?
jester
Woman, unlike men, are not permitted the value of casual sexual encounters. For women, casual sex renders them sluts; for men, casual sex renders them studs. A stud is a male slut. A slut is a a female stud. And so on, and so on.

monkey00
i guess this "sluttish behavior" is based mainly on what is expected of them. either you're with the crowd or you're not. everyone wants to feel a sense of belonging somwhere, even tho it may lead to degrading your standards sometimes. but hey no one wants to be alone in this world right?? Mardi gras happens all the time, ( i guess you could call it a tradition now to flash your boobs and collect beads) but i dont think it's that bad. i mean they're still young and having fun, they still have their whole life ahead of them. But still, I wonder....are four casual encounters a year enough to qualify for promiscuous? Just when does a woman attain the idiotic title of "slut?" As far as I can tell the word is mainly the refuge of men who are threatened by sexual women and for women who are jealous. The world would be a far better place without it. Men? Some perhaps, but plenty of women use the word to attack the women who threaten her sexually as well, as in, "Oh, she's such a slut" or "she's so easy" etc.,
Dug
For the guys posting here......if you were to list the attributes of your "dream woman". Would you include "clinical" slutty behavior and or her ability to drop her pants for any "one night stand" as being a desirable quality? For the women.....the same question of your "dream guy" ? clayrains
Some girls may act sluttier now but it's all that... an "act" It's not like those same girls will actually do a total stranger if he asks her. As much as I wish that was the case, it's not.
missopinionated
They're not cool. They're not unique. They're boring, stupid and predictable and they will eventually be the fat, overbleached blonds you see wandering around WalMart wearing tacky jewelry and wearing nasty spandex tights ('cause somehow they've convinced themselves that 200 lbs is skinny and that spandex makes them look like Naomi Campbell). These are the women men want? They can have 'em and yeh, they deserve every dimply assed year they get. Ever notice that the 'necks out there cheering on these dumb women are also fat, unmarried, illiterate lumps? There must be an island somewhere all these blobs could go live on.
