A 20-year-old french athlete, Christophe Lemaitre, became the first man of non-African descent to run a legal time under 10.00 seconds for 100 meters in Valance at the French Championships July 9. His time of 9.98 was a French national record and the fastest time in the world this year by a European. Well done, Christophe. I will open a bottle of champagne in your honor.

It is good to know the 100 meter dash is no longer racist... now if we can only get Woody Harrelson to prove "white men can jump" the KKK can once again focus on cross burning.
