Recently single after a 2 1/2 year relationship

I didn't realize how emotionally draining my most recent relationship was until just recently. Needless to say, I've got a lot of emotional and mental "cleaning up" to do. He layed his hands on me more than a couple of times and each time promised to changed, but by the time he was doing well and taking classes it was just too late for me. I hold anger against him, sometimes I lash out at him without meaning to :( I haven't even "vented" to anyone about what has happened yet.

 

Anyway, I need suggestions on where to get started with all this. I know I want to try meditation, possibly yoga because I've got maaad anxiety.
