rocket182
I haven't weighed myself in over two years. I weighed myself yesterday and even though I knew I had gained weight, it was a little more than I had thought. Everybody tells me I look good and carry my weight very well and don't look at all like I weigh as much as I do. It's so hard for me though because I am not photogenic at all and My sister is always sneaking pictures of me and putting them up and I look at them and it makes me want to cry because I look so terrible. Everybody tells me thats not what I look like, but I want to be able to be okay with people just snapping pictures of me and not worried that it's going to be a terrible picture that makes me look a lot worse than I actually do. Anyways, my sister putting some pictures up that I was in along with me weighing myself was a wakeup call for me and I've started my diet today. I'm sticking to around 1500 calories a day, grazing instead of eating regular meals, and drinking lots and lots of water. (I'm on my 6th glass or so already). Any other tips or ideas to help me out? PrettyinInk
start working out, do something small everyday. if you just cut calories you will loose weight, but not necessarily look the way you would like.

Feelin Frisky
Tell your sister you're going to stomp on her camera because you should have a choice of privacy. But now that you've gotten your wake up call do what you have to to reach the point where you horn in on photographs instead of dreading them.
