marcusslawrence
I have no medical knowledge, but I have worked many times in 9:30 to 22:30, DDR is 30-45 minutes, to go to bed about 11 hours 30 to 12 hours. I am usually worn after the workout, drink plenty of water, and I spent a short time later. They are very intense sessions, where I am drenched in sweat after the fact. I have never had a problem sleeping because I am exhausted. We have a ceiling fan in the room, so maybe I am fine, but do not usually have trouble sleeping anyway.
Left in a Lurch
The only thing I noticed with early morning workouts instead of late night is that I had a lot more energy during the day and evening and sat around a lot less. I would go to bed a lot earlier so I could get up and work I was a lot more productive and in the evening I was more apt to be active.
Brandycan
Many so called experts say not too work out to close to bed time. I say what ever makes you be more consistant and works for you.
Meira
Doing workout at night works for me as well... because its close to bed time, and i don't wanna eat any snacks before bed. And doing workout before bed helps keeping you warm in bed too;)
akkaiberry
exercise at night makes you alert, speeds the heart rate, and usually interfere with your natural sleep rhythm. As a rule, your body would be to prepare for sleep, slowing their metabolism, slow breathing and pulse, rile it up again. You will find that this might not be convenient for you. Sleep is one of the most important things for your health. Do not exercise before sleep, it's not worth it.
kvnfrnk
If you exercise you release endorphins. Natural medicine our body produces. By doing this, you are awake and ready to go. Better tomorrow afternoon or evening. If it generates hunger and then eat and sleep, you & have conquered this drilling people. Going to sleep in the next few hours, your body decides it does not need food and store it as fat for use at a later date.

rjkaaronrjk
I think everybody's different -- I've always been a night owl and have a REALLY hard time excerising in the morning, much harder than late at night....I have exercised many, many times after 9 p.m. to even after midnight and can fall asleep pretty easily....there is definitely a wind-down period, but it's not hours for me. Usually within an hour or so, I'm fading or out. The warm shower after helps me relax.
avastavatar
Is there a best time of day to exercise? I don't think that there is any particular time for exertion on our mood but before stare exercise always care that we do after 2 or 3 hour after meal,The majority of people who exercise consistently do so early in the day. It is easier to form the exercise habit through morning exercise,If you are a person who exercises regularly, you may have already found a routine that's just right for you.
