Should I tell my mom my dad's cheating on her?

This whole thing is actually laughable in its transparency...mutiple posts between the two posters, almost ALL exactly two to three minutes apart...As I said, I don't care..but please don't mislead those innocent people who might actually want to help the "phantoms"..

You're the one talking to yourself with two usernames. And I assume making crap up with your 14 year old gf and cheating pops.

Looking forward to coming across your next username. Thanks for the laugh kiddo.

I am offended that me, an "Established Member," thank you very much, is being confused with some new member with Bieber hair.

I deserve better than this!

People here are pretty savvy, Corporate...And do you even remember last night when you accidentally responded to YOURSELF instead of your alter-ego?? Those things don't happen accidentally! But keep trying to convince us. I find it rather amusing.:)

If you read that sentence carefully, you can interpret it as me refering to myself as well as the other way.

Translation for people who can't understand fast written sentences any other way than their first reaction to it:

"I bet you're flattered to be confused as me, "THE" Corporate."

Maybe your mom really knows about it and decided to continue and ignore about those things. Its really hard end up a relationship specially if your the girl and have children.

I think this is true. Motherhood protection most likely kicked in and she is shielding him from putting him in the middle just as any good mother would do in order to protect her son..

I believe the OP with the Dad cheating story. That was almost EXACTLY what happened in my house. My dad was "Working" all of the time, my mother in denial, even told ME the whole impotance thing as well. Trust me it means nothing. My dad was having a full-blown affair and not even doing a good job of hiding it. I tripped over it in almost plain site. He is such a joke especially the way he treats my mother.

Honest to god it doesn't matter if you tell your mother or not, she is the type that isn't going to believe you anyways and if your father is an aggressive **** like mine is, you'll only get in **** from both of them. If you feel like you have to do the right thing by telling her then do so, but know that you are only bringing more hell on yourself and that's it.

I once saw my father being disgusting with one of my friends and tod my mother and she told me that it was "awful that I put my own perceptions and the opinion of my friend" over my father's testimony of innocence. She told me that what I saw wasn't what happened because he told her otherwise. I was right f-ing there and my friend backed me up. This was also AFTER he was caught having the affair. C'mon wtf?

Some women choose to be stupid. The whole thing was just a real power/ego trip for my dad who was otherwise a waste of skin.

OBF, sorry to hear about your situation. I can't imagine the stress you must be going through and at such a young age. My heart goes out to you.

True, those aren't too hard and I'm sure the powers that be would have already done that to avoid the trolls.
